Purpose: an opportunity to transform daily practices to guide our ability to LIVE nonviolence in our daily lives
Outcomes: Bringing more awareness, love, and connection to our lives through mindfulness, meditation, Nonviolent communication, gratitude and forgiveness

Type of activities:
Commitment to participate each week by Zoom for 12 weeks of group practice and connection as we go through The Ongo Book 2.0.
Weekly, we will meet with an Empathy Buddy for an hour by Zoom
Solo practices are offered each week with individual choices about their completion
