Governance

The Center for Nonviolent Communication is overseen by the Board of Directors, consisting of seven people elected by our organization's Members who serve 3-year terms. The Board governs the organization by articulating the purposes, vision, and mission of CNVC.

Board members ensure the financial and legal integrity of CNVC and establish board policies, strategies, and objectives. The current Executive Director is Jeff Brown, who works in partnership with the Board and runs the operations along with staff members from around the world.

Programs Resource Circle

Guides our organization in how we share Nonviolent Communication throughout the world including International Intensive Trainings, Virtual Intensive Trainings, and Continuing Education Trainings for Certified Trainers.

Assessors Coordinating Circle

Provides support to Assessors, works toward improvements in the Assessment process, and serves as a liaison between Assessors and the rest of CNVC.
