This English spoken training teaches the introduction to the fundamentals of NVC and provides practical skills for empathic communication. The program is designed for anyone who wants to enhance their communication skills – being new to NVC or already familiar with it.

Whether at home, work, or in friendships, nonviolent communication helps you improve communication in all aspects of your life. Professionals, parents, partners and anyone who interacts with others will benefit from the insights and methods shared in this course.

Online. The training takes place via zoom.

All sessions are interactive meetings with the live presence of the trainer and participants. There is opportunity to ask questions and - when desired - work on personal themes.
