NVC Level 2 Immersion with movement and dance, East Sussex, UK
AUDIENCE: intermediate
A residential weekend of embodied Nonviolent Communication in Sussex, designed to boost your wellbeing. It includes NVC dance floors, dyadic practices, authentic relating, movement and dance.
Join us for a weekend of self-discovery, insight, and connection, dedicated to making life more wonderful!
This weekend is all about enriching your experience through Embodied Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practices, designed to boost your well-being and cultivate authentic communication. It will support you in feeling empowered, compassionate, and clear, even when situations are challenging.
We’ll focus on expressing ourselves honestly while also empathetically receiving others. Sensitivity to power dynamics and impact is integral to our interactions.
We practice observation, deep listening with awareness, and compassionate presence. This allows us to explore and understand what is alive within each of us.
In our busy lives, we can become cut off from feeling the fullness of life.
Together, we move and dance, taking time to slow down and tune into the language of our body, heart, and mind. We’ll seamlessly bring all these different parts of ourselves together.
It’s about embracing the present moment and accepting what is happening right now.
Get ready for a weekend of growth and connection!
This is what one participant said after attending this event:
“I appreciate all the energy you brought to holding such a beautiful container for us all. I am going home better able to notice and appreciate where I need to make requests, and where my needs are being met. I’m feeling invigorated and excited to bring NVC to children and adults alike through my practice” Daisy, UK
“Combining NVC with movement and Dance has helped me express myself verbally as well as physically. It gave me the necessary understanding and empathy to connect with other people. I have more confidence to be more outgoing and assertive in a positive manner” Patrick, Ireland
“It helped me to find a very powerful side and my very soft side. In the dance, you cannot hide. Everything is shown up. I liked it very much” – Vera, Austria
