Awareness of Response-ability
Freely choosing one's responses to what shows up in life, owning one's part in what happens. Not owning others' parts, and acknowledging that one's actions do influence others.

12:15pm - Setup and Break for Lunch (bring fruit, snacks, or a side to share? We'll provide a make-your-own sandwich bar. All welcome to join!)
1:00pm - Arrive for Session 2 - Connection Time

Supporting Holistic Systems
Consciously participating in the creation and evolution of holistic systems that foster general well-being.

3:15pm - End & opportunities to help clean up

Each session will include instruction, small group discussion, and practical exercises using compassionate communication (a.k.a. Nonviolent Communication)

Financial Accessibility is important to us. We offer this training as a gift. (You can attend for free AND) We request $25-$75 per session to support our Sustainability. This covers our expenses for food, our time, training materials, travel, and accommodation.
