For me, Eric, NVC is the practice of connecting to myself so that I can connect to others. It's a process of exploring what I want, so that I can ask for what I want. It's empowering myself, within the choices and power than I have.  It's about discovering my power.

We will cover:
Foundations of NVC - Needs and Strategies
"No" as the Start of Connection
Saying "No" and Hearing "No"

Note: These topics are subject to change.

We will have a combination of Worksheets, Journaling, Work in Triads, and Harvesting in the Large Group.
