How is the Course Structured?

Participants meet with Roxy for 1.5 hours, 6 times over 3 months. 

You can sign up for all 6 sessions or drop in as your schedule allows.

Each session is tailored based on the scenarios you bring forward, making it a dynamic, participant-driven learning experience. You will be invited to submit questions and scenarios in advance of each session so Roxy can plan for deeper exploration. Roxy will choose questions from those submitted and there will be an opportunity to ask questions live during the session.

Think about recent facilitation experiences that challenged or surprised you—these will be our core material. Some areas you can reflect on include:

• Engaging All Voices: How can you ensure each participant feels heard?
• Navigating Conflict: How do you balance group needs with individual challenges?
• Supporting Equity and Inclusion: What practices can make your sessions more inclusive?
• Handling Power Dynamics: How do your role and background impact facilitation, and how can you address it effectively?

Participants who sign up for all 6 sessions will receive the recordings for all 6 sessions. Drop-in participants will receive recordings for the session they signed up for.
