Collaboration and Communication: Cultural Offerings Workshop Series Using Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

To nurture a Next Economy flourishing for all life, like a gardener tends to a diverse and thriving garden, we must sow seeds of collaboration, peacefully resolve conflicts, and cultivate positive relationships in our communities and homes.
Sounds beautiful, but we know that living from that vision isn't easy. What happens when there's tension or conflict? These workshops are a fun and engaging way to increase your effectiveness and joy in relationships even when they are hard. While we focus on work environments, the skills practiced in these workshops are effective at home and in all your relationships.

These individual workshops are available as stand-alone offerings, however together they work to reinforce each other as a tapestry of skills, woven together to address the main areas of difficulty you might face in relationships. This series is designed to empower you to be a force of positive change, creating environments where your values, leadership, and authenticity flourish. One of the benefits of doing the whole series is to significantly strengthen your muscle of self-advocacy and self-connection in the face of disagreement or misunderstandings. Whether you are new to NVC or have extensive experience, participants at all levels have found profound value in this approach. These workshops are online.
