In this course you have possibility to:
- Clarify your intentions behind conveying your gratitude to someone
- Distinguish between self-focused gratitude (praise) and empathic gratitude
- Become expert in receiving gratitude as a service to the person offering it, instead of "showeling" it off
- Unearth the difference between Expressing Gratitude within Material Culture versus within Spiritual Culture
- Make use of Communication That Contributes to Genuine Gratitude
- Gain an understanding of the importance of being grateful to yourself without feeding the falce ego
- Discover your link in the chain of giving and receiving
- Explore expressing gratitude to someone who might find it difficult to receive '
- Nourish and empower yourself and others by cultivating the attitude of gratitude
- Be reminded how gratitude can improve the quality of our life - spiritually as well as materially
Type of activities
- The course combines theory, group discussions, exercises, and buddy practices between the sessions.
- Sessions last two hours each.
- All sessions will be recorded and available for participants for reviewing.
- I humbly ask for your commitment to practice with a buddy at least for 30-60 minutes a week between the sessions, because it is essential for the progress.
