12:15pm: Setup and Break for Lunch (bring fruit, or a side to share? We'll provide a make-your-own sandwich bar. All welcome to join!) -
1:00pm: Arrive for Session 3 - Connection Time
1:15pm: Session 3: "Setting Boundaries with Somantic Movement"
3:15pm: End and Cleanup
