This IFS/NVC course is unique because it is only open to participants with an NVC training and/or NVC experience. You will be working with like-minded fellow participants in a shared NVC consciousness that will foster a safe and compassionate learning and practice space.

The focus of this course will be on learning the IFS process and applying your NVC awareness and practice to the IFS process. This will enable you to further integrate IFS and NVC in your own life, work or practice and to develop a trauma-informed NVC practice.

This 2-day Foundation module has very interactive structure to maximise individual explorations. It will cover:

• Fundamentals of IFS, parts work, theory and practice
• Connecting with Parts; the types, roles, their development and interactions
• Self; Self-leadership, qualities of Self, unblending from parts, being in Self
• Practical process for finding and connecting with your parts, anytime
• Supporting others in finding and connecting with their parts
• Developing your own parts map, a dynamic map of inner relationships
• NVC Self empathy: OFNR in your own inner system
• NVC Expressing yourself honestly: speaking for parts
• Practice, practice, practice
• Homework between the two days
• Q&A
   

We will be working in plenary sessions, in pairs and in small groups. We will be using various learning methods, including guided meditations and exercises that make good use of all the Zoom video conferencing options. 
In the two weeks between the two workshop days you will benefit from taking some time for reflection, exploration, deepening on your own and/or in dyads/small groups. 

​There will be no recordings made of any of the sessions.

Practice sessions 
There will be a complimentary 1.5 hour practice session after day one and after day two of the course.
