Why I created this course

The world needs more leaders to have mastered the skills of empathic, authentic, conscious and compassionate leadership. I want all those who agree together in a community.

Additionally, many of my students from my 12-week Empathic Leadership programme ask me to continue but I have not run my yearly programme for a few years, as I wanted to redesign it to the current needs I see and how the world is evolving.

The Content of the course

Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, neuroscience and positive psychology with a good dose of executive coaching and mentoring from me.

See below for the monthly Topics.

The Structure

  • One short 10 min video (more or less) at the start of the month, where I will share a concept for you to think about
  • One 60-90 min live video call monthly- theory and practice with others. We will expand on the monthly topic, discuss, practice, take questions, etc. Calls will be recorded, so it is OK to miss some. The call date/ time is currently being decided. Email be with requests if you are interested in registering.
  • One email 2 weeks after the live call with further reflections and pointers to keep the material alive and some bonus material
  • Guided practice: I will offer you ideas for practice and reflection for you to engage with throughout the month on the monthly topic
  • Accountability and empathy partnership opportunity with others in the course.
  • 2 monthly 1-hour practice sessions a month (open to other leaders not in the course): The Empathic Leader Sandbox
  • Course hub with recordings, reading, presentation PDFs and other materials to support your learning.
  • Coaching/ mentoring (optional): There is the possibility of getting individualised coaching from me, to help you advance more quickly and integrate the skills.

Time commitment

Count on the live call plus 2 hours of work a month, and as much practice as you want to.

If you have studied with me you know that I will help you practice in small ways and go for changing microhabits that add up to bigger changes over time.

We start July 1st!

Cost

I wanted to make this really accessible.

So… just £235 (about $298.50 or €275). Yes, that is it!

Part of the vision is to build a community of like minded people around the world creating similar kinds of change.

This is the main reason it took me so long to design and find the formula. I wanted something really accessible while transformative.

Early Bird bonus

The first 10 people to register for the course get a free executive/leadership call with me as a bonus (see more details below).

I hope you will consider joining.

Should you want more instruction or make it more intensive

I suspect that some of you will want to work more closely with me and accelerate the process, perhaps longing for something more substantial. If this is you, contact me to discuss my coaching and mentoring packages as they can seamlessly be added to the programme. However, this is not expected!

Who L.E.A.D. is for

Leaders, microleaders, people who want to become leaders and have felt the calling to lead themselves and others from integrity, peace and love.

Leaders who want to transform themselves so that they can bring about the change they envision.

If you have taken my 12 week Empathic Leader course, you will take L.E.A.D. quite deep and expand your skillset, review and fill in holes.  I do expect familiarity with teh foundational aspects or NVC, but as you can learn as you go, do email me if you have doubts about your background and we can discuss ([email protected]).

This course is designed for you to go at your own pace and it can accomodate a range of levels, but it is not a foundations course in Nonviolent Communication. NVC is an integral part of the toolkit to help us acquire the competencies, but this is not an NVC course per se. Do write me for clarification if you have questions, or come to the taster sessions.
