In-person NVC Foundation training is effective, efficient, and less and less frequent in London. This is a rare opportunity to leave the screens behind and learn NVC with others in the room.

My training style is fun, and participatory with an emphasis on practice. No prerequisites are required for this training.

Nonviolent Communication, fosters empathy and understanding in our interactions with family, friends and workmates. This approach provides a subtle yet powerful framework to get to the essence of any issue and support effective communication.

This course will support you to:

- hone your empathy skills when listening to family, friends and workmates
- identify your values/the things that really matter to you
- ask for the things that matter to you without upsetting others
- develop your all-around skill and ability as an effective communicator.

FEES:

Individual rates (If you are paying for the training from your own pocket)

£200: If you earn less than £20k before tax

£250: If you earn £20k - £30k before tax

£325: If you earn £30k - £45k before tax

£400: If you earn more than £45k before tax

Organisation rates - In-person Courses

£300: Small Charity rate (fewer than 15 employees)

£350: Public sector / Large Charity rate (NHS, local Council, large charity, Education)

£420: Private sector rate: (If you work for a profit-making company)
