This bi-monthly NVC practice group meets the 1st/3rd Friday of each month where we sit in circle together. The purpose of this group is to learn and practice the skills and practices NVC offers.

Outcomes: developing needs based awareness: building an intuitive relationship with the energy of our needs; practicing skills of NVC and integrating them into inclusive languaging skills. (street giraffe!)

Type of activities: Individual and small group engaging practices, fun and game practices, listening and expressing practices, mindfulness practices.
