Do you want to move through confusion to find purpose?

Or do you want to understand what you really need and how to ask for it?

Or do you want to learn skills to improve key relationships in your life?

Or do you want to learn empowering, compassionate and easy practices to shift your relationship with yourself and others,  and begin to understand how NVC can support your communication?

This Self-Study course will give you an overview of Nonviolent Communication and some core practices that you can do by yourself.

Time Commitment

The total running time of videos is about 2.5 hours. You may want to stop and start and go much slower than that. The self study could take you around 4-8 hours to complete, depending on how you pace yourself. You could ostensibly do it in one day!

Motivation to get the Self Study Programme done

I have offered a 2-person ticket (see below) if it would support or motivate you to do this programme with someone, you can do that.

Financial contribution

Please choose whatever contribution option works for you and if none of them do, please get in touch. I have offered a 2 person ticket for each of the payment options so if you and a friend, colleague or family member both want to do this programme, you can at a cheaper rate.

The Global Majority rate is for those with roots in countries impacted by colonialism and other historical forces that have impacted you economically.

"Your sessions are always a delight + your voice and the way you conduct the lessons make the time fly by. The 2 and a half hours felt both extensive and fleeting, filled with valuable insights. Thank you for creating such a warm and conducive learning environment, and for the profound impact your teachings have on my personal and professional growth🌱🦒" (Participant comment)
