Starting February 8th, you can join in the Professional Training Program with Conflict Coaching and Mediation Training with weekly live online sessions with John Kinyon. This training is based in Nonviolent Communication and the Mediate Your Life approach.

In this Professional Training you will gain the ability to help people...

• understand and use OFNR communication components with ease, naturalness, and compassionate presence with themself and others.
• learn to self-connect in the midst of difficulty, be in empathic conversation, and build empathic community.
• transform anger/judgment into empathy/compassion.
• transform anxiety/stress into calm/centeredness.
• prepare for difficult conversations and use role play.
• learn how to work with others to find creative and collaborative solutions.
• heal and reconcile when there is emotional hurt and pain.
• resolve inner conflicts about the past or future.
• live happier, healthier, more resilient lives.
• experience more connection and well being.

Note

• Option to register for one or both of the 6-month trainings.
• If you want to do the Mediation Training, it's recommended that you also do the Conflict Coaching Training.
• Sessions will be recorded if you miss a session, or want to back to review and deepen learning.
• Option to register without attending live sessions if your schedule or time zone won't permit.
• To ensure an intimate space with individual attention, support, and coaching from John, program is limited to 25 participants. Apply to secure a spot.

Tuition

Please choose the rate that works based on your income:

• $400/month –  Support those with fewer resources to attend. Choose this option if you experience abundance and have the desire to support access for others and help rebalance systemic and global inequity.
• $350/month – Requested contribution. Choose this option if you have sufficient financial resources and can give fair value for this learning experience.
• $300/month – Discounted rate. Choose this option if you sometimes struggle with limited financial resources and would benefit from supported access to this learning experience.
• $200/month –  Scholarship rate. Choose this option if you struggle with limited resources and have difficulty saving due to less reliable income or pay, or if you live in a country where earning power is less. People from marginalized geographic areas and groups are particularly invited.
