Geneviève Beriaux
Certified Trainer since 2025
A trained educational psychologist, I work mainly in the field of psychosocial risks at work.
I started my career in the world of disability, where I supported deaf children and their families. In 2000, I joined the Brussels Administration, which subsidizes and approves institutions and centers that support people with disabilities.
Since 2011, I have also been working with people suffering at work—providing reception, support, intervention with third parties, and mediation.
I discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2014. It became my ally both in my personal life and in my professional activity, where I became a Workplace Well-Being Coordinator. It transformed my professional interventions, enriched relationships with my children, and supported my posture.
Since 2018, I have been leading awareness-raising sessions on the process, themed practical workshops, and training days at the request of management in my workplace. In this context, I am keen to support people in regaining their responsibility and, therefore, their power to act while accepting the consequences of their choices.
