Since I encountered NVC, I have tried to use it in the relationship with the father of my son, at work, in an outdoor educational project that I founded, with families, and in the community where I live.

The important point that I understand is that this attempt creates new opportunities for me to connect with myself and allows me to embrace it in my life as a part of who I am.

I live in Italy. In the past, I lived in France for more than eight years and that is where I first encountered NVC. I consider France part of myself.

My first goal in NVC is related to education and families. I would like to change the paradigm of power over in the relationship between adults and children.
My second goal is to change the vision of conflict
in a way that conflict is an opportunity to connect with yourself and to connect with others.
My third goal is to create space for peace in relationships, considering that all individuals have the same needs.
I try to share these goals in all aspects of life (education, parenting, work) as an opportunity for others without imposing my beliefs.
