The body in its infinite wisdom knows its way back to wholenessE. Gendlin

In a world where we are bombarded by messages about how we should be, I believe our greatest gift to life at this time is to stop and deeply listen.  I started ‘Journeys of Life’ to support people to have space to listen compassionately to themselves and follow their own inner rightness.

Years ago, in the midst of my despair, feeling so broken I had no idea that one day I would be sitting alongside others offering support or that my struggles and challenges would deepen my understanding and care for others.  More recently I realised that I have been navigating life as a neurodivergent person, I am so grateful for the new perspective and understanding this brings, along with acknowledging the awareness and rich insight I have gained from a lifetime of intently observing what was going on in me, in others, and between people.

On my healing journey I tried many different healing practices, therapies and therapists.  The ones that helped I immersed myself in and trained in.   I started ‘Journeys of Life’ to offer people a compassionate non-judgemental space to walk their path with the resources of Internal Family System, Focusing, Havening, Nonviolent Communication and more to lean into.

We are all on our journeys as we walk alongside each other.

I work online by Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, Whatsapp and phone. Some clients I’ve worked with one or two times a year, others twice a week. We look at what might be needed in the first session and then we review as we go along.
