Besides being a trainer in Nonviolent Communication, Annick Nölle is also a visual artist. Her tentacular approach blends art, NVC, and everyday life. She's interested in building narratives that sustain choice, connection and trust.

Annick focuses on long-term trajectories and practice groups in order to deepen NVC and build supportive communities.

In the near future, she will help groups navigate toward their vision. “What I experience frequently is that groups that want to change the dominant patterns of our society fall back into exactly those patterns. I want to use NVC to facilitate the change from a domination system to a partnership system by offering decision-making based on needs, clarifying vision, empathic listening, feedback facilitation, safeguarding... “
