My 15 years of experience in financial and human resources management positions quickly led me to ask myself questions: working in structures facing financial and/or social difficulties, impacting team motivation, I was struck by the difficulty people have in cooperating whatever their mission and the suffering that this generates.
It was by encountering coaching in 2015, then mediation based on the NVC process (Non-violent Communication…or conscious) and self-leadership that I began a real journey towards myself, towards knowledge of others and gained understanding of the mechanisms that alter our ability to understand and cooperate…and first of all with ourselves:)!
I am now convinced that internal cooperation is a prerequisite for external cooperation and that quality of life at work is rooted in conscious management , based on trust and responsibility, combined with appropriate HR processes supporting transformation, enabling:
- Connecting everyone to their essence and being a full actor in their professional life in the service of the organization's purpose
- Become a learning, innovative and consequently high-performing organization
- Contribute to societal transformation
Improving the quality of life at work and initiating a collaborative culture requires combining change at the structural , organizational and human levels .
