I studied permaculture and youth studies, and as I went deeper into NVC and nature, I was able to connect with my inner strength.
I have been studying and sharing NVC in the Korean NVC community since 2006. I find it especially rewarding to share NVC with environmental activists, university students, and youth to help them understand themselves and become more connected to those around them.
저는 퍼머컬처와 청소년학을 공부했고 환경문제를 깊은 관심을 가지고 활동해왔습니다. NVC를 공부하면서 삶의 순간 순간 내면의 힘과 연결될 수 있다는 것을 알았을 때 너무나 기뻤습니다. 사회변화에 필요한 동력이 내 안에 있고 내가 사람들과 그렇게 연결될 수 있다는 기쁨이었습니다.
2006년부터 한국 NVC 커뮤니티에서 NVC를 공부하고 연습했고, 지금은 환경활동가, 직장인, 대학생들의 자기 이해를 도우면서 NVC를 나누고 있습니다.
NVC를 통해 사랑이 깃든 욕구 에너지의 힘으로 연결될 수 있는 대상의 경계를 허무는 상상과 실현에 가슴이 설레입니다.
