I have been enthusiastically leading professional and personality-building seminars for many years coaching for specialists and managers on the topics of project management and soft skills didactically and technically very high level. My 23 years of professional experience helped me do this multifaceted teacher. I started my journey in 1990 by gaining experience different companies and in diverse and different roles in object-oriented software development.
I have been working as a trainer and coach since 2006. Since then, I have been primarily concerned with the design of agile and sustainable corporate processes and, in particular, how that together and our communication can succeed in such a way that sustainable business relationships can be achieved all are possible. For me it's always about the question of how we manage our working world
can ensure that not only the company's goals are achieved, but also the needs all those involved must be taken into account. I want to help make jobs places where people can flourish and develop their full potential with enthusiasm and joy.
I place very high quality demands on my working methods and results. A systematic one and a structured approach comes naturally to me. Trained in many coaching approaches I work in moderation and support in an equally process-related manner and with a lot of structure. Particularly important to me in my work is being honest and empathetic at the same time Communication, committed teamwork, personal responsibility, an open and constructive approach Working atmosphere, a lot of humor, flexibility and the constant willingness to continue learning.

Mit Begeisterung leite ich seit vielen Jahren fachliche und Persönlichkeitsbildende Seminare und Coachings für Fach- und Führungskräfte zu den Themen Projektmanagement und Soft Skills auf didaktisch und fachlich sehr hohem Niveau. Meine 23 Jahre Berufserfahrung waren mir dazu ein vielschichtiger Lehrmeister. Begonnen habe ich meinen Weg 1990 mit dem Sammeln von Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Unternehmen und in vielfältigen und unterschiedlichen Rollen in der objektorientierten Software-Entwicklung.
Als Trainerin und Coach bin ich seit 2006 unterwegs. Seitdem beschäftige ich mich in erster Linie mit dem Ausgestalten agiler und nachhaltiger Unternehmensprozesse und insbesondere damit, wie das Miteinander und unsere Kommunikation so gelingen kann, dass nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen für alle möglich sind. Für mich geht es auch und immer wieder um die Frage, wie wir unsere Arbeitswelt so gestalten können, dass nicht nur die Unternehmensziele erreicht werden, sondern auch die Bedürfnisse aller Beteiligten Berücksichtigung finden. Ich möchte dazu beitragen, dass Arbeitsplätze zu Orten werden, wo Menschen aufblühen können und in Begeisterung und Freude ihr volles Potential entfalten.
Ich stelle an meine Arbeitsweise und -ergebnisse sehr hohe Qualitätsanforderungen. Ein systematisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen ist für mich selbstverständlich. Ausgebildet in vielen Coachingansätzen arbeite ich in Moderationen und Begleitungen gleichermaßen prozessbezogen und mit viel Struktur. Besonders wichtig im Rahmen meiner Arbeit sind für mich eine ehrliche und gleichzeitig einfühlsame Kommunikation, engagierte Teamarbeit, Eigenverantwortung, ein offenes und konstruktives Betriebsklima, viel Humor, Flexibilität und die ständige Bereitschaft zum Weiterlernen
