Claudia Sánchez
NVC is a compass to navigate life; it is a force that needs practice, it needs opening your mind and heart to new possibilities.
My experience as a trainer has been in schools, organizations, and individual mentoring and consulting.
I have run a youth program for the past five years, including supporting students in becoming peer mentors. I love working in education.
I have been a consultant for leaders and organizations, too. I am part of the cultural shift in organizations willing to go beyond an introductory course of NVC.
I also have experience with nonprofits running needs assessments and supporting people at community gardens to embrace a culture of inclusion and honesty to collaborate better as a community.
Lastly, I have studied my own trauma-informed care, person-centered care, and healing role plays with Helen Adamson. I enjoy accompanying people in individual sessions in their communication with themselves. I am starting to work with women who are survivors of domestic violence and learning lot from my conversations with them.
“My mission is to support and accompany people that serve and support communities, organizations, and youth.”
