I have been learning, integrating, and teaching Nonviolent Communication in human relationships since 2012.  
Since 2014, I have been offering training in NVC to individuals, groups, and companies.

The experience I have gained from the training I offer in various areas (personal coaching, annual courses, intensive workshops, and organizational training) confirms that human beings yearn for high-quality relationships. Teaching Nonviolent Communication is my way of contributing to this desire.

I am a co-facilitator of the Annual Training “Camí de Connexió,” designed to introduce and practice NVC in the lives of people seeking to transform their relationships, in Barcelona.  
I also co-facilitate the "Comunidad de práctica, práctica, práctica," a 15-week online practice experience.

Since 2016, I have been the co-creator and producer of Conecta 3, an spanish podcast born out of our passion for promoting NVC, along with Francesc Bonada and Alicia Manuel.  
Since 2019, we have been offering the Conecta 3 Campus, a 4-day residential intensive on Nonviolent Communication.

I am also the co-creator of the podcast "¿Cómo te lo diría yo?" where we give our listeners the opportunity to reflect on uncomfortable experiences related to honest expression. Together with Raed El Younsi (co-author of La Corazón), Chavi Nieto, and María González.

I have confirmed that humor and lightness are essential in my approach to offering my training, without compromising rigor or depth.
