Daniel Schachl
I was 18 years old when I first delved deeply into Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication in 2011. Immersing myself fully, I devoured every resource I could find on the subject. I vividly recall the moment when I could envision a world devoid of violence: a world where we view ourselves simply as human beings.
Human beings driven by the inherently beautiful intention of meeting needs. It struck me then, the realization that we possess an abundance of options to fulfill every need, rendering violence obsolete.
This vision continues to drive me forward. Since 2015, I've been facilitating workshops and seminars for a diverse range of participants, including companies, kindergartens, students, educators, executives, activists, the homeless, and street workers.
Music serves as both my passion and my second calling. Under the stage name DAN LIO, I express myself as a singer/songwriter, rapper, loop artist, and multi-instrumentalist. You can find more about my musical journey on my website.
