Donna Kramer
Donna F Kramer is currently a communication consultant most recently providing Nonviolent Communication training to the marketing division of MICROSOFT.
Previously she was, for 12 years, the Ombudsperson for Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. In that role she dealt with concerns, issues and complaints that arose from workplace stress and interpersonal conflicts involving faculty, staff and students.
Additionally, Donna was a Federal Mediator for the US Equal Opportunity Commission, the US Postal Service and the King County, WA Labor Relations Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
Donna has been a volunteer with The Freedom Project, a non-profit organization bringing he skills and practice of Nonviolent Communication to inmates at the WA State Men's Correctional Facility in Monroe, WA. Additionally, Donna is a volunteer trainer with two local WA groups, the "Friends of Trans", and "Queer Elders".
Donna continues today offering facilitation, mediation and NVC trainings to businesses, schools and community groups.
