Ellen began her Nonviolent Communication training in the Bay Area in California in 2006. In 2011, she moved to Jerusalem where she completed her certification as a Certified Trainer with CNVC.

Ellen works with individuals, couples and groups both privately and in conjunction with NVC Mideast retreats with Israelis and Palestinians. She previously was a member of the the trainer team of the Candidates/Community Active Learning Forum (CALF), an active learning forum for individuals who are engaged with the NVC certification process.

Ellen is laso a student of Thomas Hübl, who brings deep knowledge of the mystical traditions together with latest scientific research. The focus of this work is on healing individual and communal trauma.
