"“You can only see well with your heart, what is essential is invisible to the eye” Antoine de Saint-Exupéry"

With 25 years of experience in the cultural sector and popular education, my career has led me to support professional teams. In 2015, during a conference and an internship, I discovered Nonviolent Communication, which has since become a pillar of my personal, family and professional commitment. This process has profoundly changed my perception of human relationships, helping me to welcome emotions, connect with my aspirations and cultivate a more conscious response. Every day, NVC allows me to move from an instinctive reaction to a more authentic relationship, nourished by a deep connection with myself and others. This process also supports me in managing conflicts as opportunities for learning and growth. On a daily basis, NVC is for me an art of living, allowing me to take responsibility for what I experience and to regain the power to act.

Today, I dedicate myself to sharing this relational quality within professional and educational organizations, with the aim of driving deep and lasting change. My intention is to embody NVC on a daily basis and to transmit this approach as a committed trainer in health and education at work. To date, I am involved in Déclic CNV Education and a member of the association Artisans de non-violence, which intervenes in prisons. My aspiration is to contribute to the transformation of systems by developing a culture based on empathy, cooperation and understanding of mutual needs. Through my work, I aim to support individuals and groups in creating more harmonious and collaborative relationships.

At the same time, I am an accredited PSSM France trainer in Mental Health First Aid and a psycho practitioner in Relational Intelligence®. I am currently training in occupational psychology at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in France, with a view to contributing to the transformation of social systems.

Trainer's primary language

“I would like to share NVC with people from all walks of life through training courses in the public and private sectors. I would also like to accompany individuals on their life path, so that they can develop greater peace and harmony within themselves and with others.”
