I have 20 years of work at state and Waldorf schools. Numerous projects in addiction and violence prevention. Communication and conflict training for teachers at the Stuttgart State Education Authority. Lecturer at the Ev. Bad Boll Academy. Additional training in family therapy, biography work, reconciliation work.
Physical training in Filipino stick fighting art. This enriches communication and conflict behavior training. It was important to me to find an art of movement that allowed me to experience everything I learned and recognized cognitively in my body.
My commitment today is to lectures, seminars and coaching sessions in which communication and conflict training is taught as well as becoming aware of beliefs that hinder life and uncovering creative visions, working on thought patterns and consciously shaping one's own biography.

20 Jahre lange Tätigkeit an staatlichen- und an Waldorfschulen. Zahlreiche Projekte in Sucht- und Gewaltprävention. Kommunikations- und Konflikttraining für Lehrkräfte am Staatlichen Schulamt Stuttgart. Dozentin an der Ev. Akademie Bad Boll. Zusatzausbildungen in Familientherapie, Biografiearbeit, Versöhnungsarbeit.
Körperbegleitende Ausbildung in Philippinischer Stockkampfkunst. Diese bereichert das Kommunikations- und Konfliktverhaltenstraining. Mir war wichtig, eine Bewegungskunst zu finden, die mich all das, was ich kognitiv erlerne und erkenne, auch im Körper erfahrbar werden lässt.
Mein Engagement heute gilt Vorträgen, Seminaren und Coachings, in denen ein Kommunikations- und Konflikttraining vermittelt wird sowie ein Bewusstwerden von lebenshinderlichen Glaubenssätzen und das Freilegen schöpferischer Visionen, der Arbeit an Denkmustern und bewusster Gestaltung der eigenen Biografie.
