Quality in connections and relationships has been my central focus throughout my life and work. It’s essential for all of us — and not always easy to live our core values as we want to.
I’ve been working as a pedagogue with children, young people, families, and other human beings, who are often in vulnerable positions.
Now I’m working in our Dialogical practice team as a consultant and educator, supporting staff and leaders in daycare, schools, and other institutions.
We explore and develop the approach of Dialogic practice in the culture of institutions and organization and facilitate development processes in exploratory, co-creative, and learning communities.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is so helpful, offering us a language for the inner world, how to listen and ask empathically, and to express ourselves in life-enriching ways.
Especially, I like how NVC supports us to notice, accept, and get back on the Dialogical track again, when we are not able to connect and live our core values as wanted.
