"For me NVC promotes consciousness and access to inner ressources, the source of well being."

“In what shapes does life express itself?” “How does nature live in me?” “What serves the integration and connection inside of me?” “What serves life?”….

These questions motivated me to study biology, become a mother of two children, be trained in outdoor education, certify as a trainer for NVC and as an IFS practitioner.

With an inner image of cycling on the threads of a woven network, the question around community moves me: How can I make interdependence and interbeing a tangible, real inner experience that opens us to trust that we, all beings, matter, our needs can be met and that we belong.

Living off the grid in rural Spain for half of the year and the other half in Southern Germany, I combine caring for the land and contributing to rediscovering the skills for thriving in community.

Since 2020, I have decided to cycle and move by train and public bus, experimenting with how these decisions inform my lifestyle and what “sufficiency” means to me in daily life.

I accompany people in 1-to-1 sessions with the Internal Family Systems model (Richard Schwartz), holding space for the individual.

I offer weekly practice groups on NVC, creating a space where we can listen to each other in groups.

And with the wish to open the group setting even more and offer more space for listening with less theoretical input I am currently training to be a Community Building facilitator (Scott Peck).
