Connecting, sharing and engaging with  people from all over the world inspires and energizes me. I was brought up in a multicultural family and have lived in Europe and the USA. My love of people, of languages, my interest and curiosity for different cultures have been inspired by many years of traveling through the Western world as well as in the Middle East, Asia and the African continent where I have learned so much through wonderful encounters and also challenging situations.  Whether working and accompanying women and their families as a trained midwife, supporting inmates in jail or people who have been summoned as an RJ facilitator or sharing NVC with educators, parents and  social workers from various countries has taught me about listening deeply to the inner rhythms and expressions of our being that want to be heard.  Reconnecting to the vital essence of who we are and finding empowering ways to express and engage ourselves in our worlds and contribute is where I find meaning. Our journeys unfold whether we are awake or asleep to what matters deeply to each one of us. I am committed  to opening up to the opportunity to awaken and share with other seekers the preciousness of LIFE. In this sense, NVC awareness is my precious companion and so are all those I encounter.
