Certified Trainer since 2021
My name is Jenny Tipping and my e-learning school is called Communication4Diversity. I am an experienced facilitator and trainer in communication skills with a particular focus on diversity. I became a Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication after 15 years in the trucking industry as an HGV driver and instructor.
My e-learning school Communication4Diversity includes courses on Allyship; Banter/Bullying; Emotional Awareness and Empathic Listening. New courses are added all the time. I am also a coach. I am particularly drawn to working with people who are at a crossroads in life or career and want to take bold steps to change their world. I love to create spaces where people can empower themselves to step outside of the roles that society has determined for them, and speak up for what they believe in.

I have been a Quaker since 2013 and my work training in NVC is both a profession and an expression of my faith. For me, diversity work is peace work. I offer workshops in the following topics:
- Introduction to Nonviolent Communication
- Getting in touch with your personal power
- Self-empathy and self-care
- How to deal with the world as it currently is – moving through mourning to a place of compassion and activism
