"Life is short and eternal, and I hope to surpass the fear and selfishness of the individual as much as possible in my limited life, living the joy and compassion of an invincible heart. I long to become a beam of light, illuminating myself and others."

Currently, I live in Shanghai, and we have a mutually supportive community. I started learning Nonviolent communication in 2011. At that time, I was in the pain of various family conflicts such as parent-child, marital, mother-in-law, and daughter-in-law. It was Nonviolent communication that allowed me to have a deep connection with myself and see more possibilities in life.

Then, starting in 2012, I gradually invited domestic and foreign Nonviolent communication trainers to conduct Nonviolent communication workshops in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and other places in China. I also established my own company in 2013, specializing in family education and self-growth. I also led book clubs, salons, and lectures since 2013.

In 2017, I led a deep-learning class on Nonviolent communication. In 2018, I led open workshops and visited many enterprises and groups. The school has made a sharing. Currently, a three-year project on Nonviolent communication in error free classrooms is being carried out in a junior high school in Shanghai, as well as a one and a half year non violent communication training program for U Lai public welfare rural teachers.

In the more than ten years of learning and spreading Nonviolent communication, my own state can be said to have undergone a earth shattering change. I have gone from a state of inferiority, anxiety, depression, full of thorns, stabbing myself and others, most of which is myself, to now more confident and often with a peaceful and soft inner self.

These are all the transformations that Nonviolent communication has brought me time and time again. In addition to my own transformation, I have also witnessed the transformation of other individuals and groups who practice Nonviolent communication. I have seen these people become softer and more powerful due to their practice of nonviolent communication, leading to a happier life and a more cohesive group.

Life is short and eternal, and I hope to surpass the fear and selfishness of the individual as much as possible in my limited life, living the joy and compassion of an invincible heart. I long to become a beam of light, illuminating myself and others.
