After graduating from ESCP, I started working in a company in different positions; This experience allowed me to observe how relational difficulties can hinder the smooth running of companies and sometimes go against their objectives of efficiency and profitability.
I then decided to train in different approaches, and particularly in NVC (NonViolent Communication), which has brought me a lot both personally and professionally. Today I am a certified NVC trainer and certified AI-CNV practitioner (individual support with NVC) and I am dedicated to supporting people to improve their relationships with themselves and with others, whether in the framework of training or individual sessions. I train individuals individually or in companies and also provide initial training at the IRTS.
Après avoir été diplômée de l’ESCP, j’ai commencé à travailler en entreprise dans différentes fonctions ; cette expérience m’a permis d’observer combien les difficultés relationnelles peuvent entraver la bonne marche des entreprises et parfois aller contre leurs objectifs d’efficacité et de rentabilité.
J’ai décidé alors de me former à différentes approches, et tout particulièrement à la CNV (Communication NonViolente), qui m’a énormément apporté tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. Je suis aujourd’hui formatrice certifiée en CNV et praticienne certifiée en AI-CNV (accompagnement individuel avec la CNV) et me dédie à l’accompagnement des personnes pour améliorer leurs relations avec elles-mêmes et avec les autres, que ce soit dans le cadre de formations ou de séances individuelles.
Je forme des individus à titre particulier ou en entreprise et interviens également en formation initiale à l’IRTS.
