After discovering Nonviolent Communication, I have experienced a much more enriching life. When we become conscious of and try to accept this premise of life, we experience life differently than before. In this nature, I am conscious of the living feeling and NEED within me and try to live by empathizing with it.  Also, other people want to live that way too. I try to live with all of these in mind. I want to share this richness of life with those who want it. I am happy to participate in places where I am invited.

Furthermore, we are interested in promoting and disseminating the process of resolving conflicts peacefully. We are paying attention to establishing a care system in each region and resolving conflicts within it.  So, if you make a request because you want to resolve a conflict that has arisen for you, I dream of having a conflict expert from the unit join you. 

I am currently an instructor at the Korea Nonviolent Communication Education Center, and in addition I am an Advisory Committee Member at the Incheon Family Court Reconciliation, and am a middle school teacher. I have given presentations and workshops in the following organizations:

• Companies
• Government offices
• Schools at every level: elementary, middle school, high school, and universities
• Educational training centers
• Self-reliance centers
• Civil society organizations
• Cultural centers
