In love with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) since 2009, I have continued to learn and grow personally and professionally thanks to the practice and integration of this conception and view of the human being. My passion is to transmit NVC in Organizations and in individual support, because I know the well-being, growth, personal and social development that this will provide.
I have a Master's degree in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Complutense University of Madrid. I am a founding member of the Association for Mediation, Meeting and Listening (AMEE), where I have worked since 2013 in the design and implementation of a Restorative Justice program in collaboration with the General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions of the Ministry. I am a mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice.
I am a partner and Chief Trainer of the consulting firm Twiga Research and Strategy, I design and teach training in companies in different sectors such as audiovisual, metallurgy, communication and universities. I advise and contribute to resizing a conflict, increasing understanding and rapprochement between the parties, with the physical and psychological benefit that this entails for the people involved. In addition, I am the co-author of the book, Nonviolent Communication at Work: a collaborative approach for companies, institutions, schools and groups (Ed. Acanto, 2023).

Enamorada de la CNV desde el año 2009, he continuado aprendiendo y creciendo personal y profesionalmente gracias a la práctica e integración de esta concepción y mirada hacia el ser humano. Mi pasión es transmitir la CNV en Organizaciones y en el acompañamiento individual, porque sé del bienestar, crecimiento, desarrollo personal y social que ello proporcionará.
Soy Máster en Mediación y Gestión de Conflictos por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Soy socia fundadora de la Asociación para la Mediación, el Encuentro y la Escucha (AMEE), donde trabajo desde el año 2013 en el diseño e implementación de un programa de Justicia Restaurativa en colaboración con la Secretaría General de Instituciones Penitenciarias del Ministerio. Soy mediadora inscrita en el registro del Ministerio de Justicia. Colaboro como formadora en CNV con el Instituto de Comunicación NoViolenta desde el año 2014.
Soy socia y Chief Trainer de la consultora Twiga Research and Strategy, diseño e imparto formaciones en empresas de diferentes sectores tales como el audiovisual, metalurgia, la comunicación y la universidad. Asesoro y contribuyo a redimensionar un conflicto, aumentando la comprensión y el acercamiento entre las partes, con el beneficio físico y psicológico que ello conlleva para las personas involucradas.
