Marion Séré
Passionate about people, I hold a master's degree in intercultural psychology. As a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication and a mediator, I practice my profession in a calm and gentle manner while respecting each person's abilities and limits. I owe this calm to three years spent in Asia, deepening my understanding of Nonviolence and meditation.
The Nonviolent Communication approach was a tremendous discovery, giving me one of the simplest and most complete models of psychological understanding of the human being I've ever seen. Since 2011, I've been integrating its principles and trying to embody them a little more each day in all my relationships. It has been (and still is) a profound transformation, both internally and in terms of relationships.
I also draw on my practice of mindfulness meditation to develop a quality of presence that is essential to Nonviolent Communication; in fact, during training sessions, I like to share exercises inspired by this meditative practice.
