My mission is to help socially driven organizations stimulate creativity, embrace diversity and achieve the results the world is waiting for. I noticed when collaboration within a team does not go well, we tend to avoid certain teammates, run away from conflicts, close ourselves off and stop sharing our opinions. Believe me, I did the same.
Or we give our opinion and try to convince the other person that they are not doing it right. When I discovered Connecting Communication in 2015, I realized how valuable it can be in such situations. At the time I was working for a consultancy firm specialized in behavioral change and employee involvement.
I decided to specialize in Connecting Communication because I believe this methodology is a helpful addition to help teams flourish. After a period of traveling and working abroad, I now offer training and coaching based on this methodology. If you are as passionate as I am, let's work together!

Het viel me op wanneer samenwerking binnen een team niet lekker loopt, we de neiging hebben om bepaalde teamgenoten te vermijden, weg te lopen van conflicten, onszelf af te sluiten en onze mening niet meer te delen. Geloof me, ik deed hetzelfde.
Of we geven onze mening en proberen de ander te overtuigen dat ze het niet goed doen. Toen ik Verbindende Communicatie ontdekte in 2015, realiseerde ik me hoe waardevol dat kan zijn in zulke situaties. Ik werkte op dat moment voor een consultancybureau gespecialiseerd in gedragsverandering en betrokkenheid van medewerkers.
Ik besloot me te specialiseren in Verbindende Communicatie omdat ik geloof dat deze methodologie een behulpzame toevoeging is om teams te laten floreren. Na een periode van reizen en werken in het buitenland, bied ik nu training en coaching aan gebaseerd op deze methodologie. Als je net zo gepassioneerd bent als ik, laten we dan samenwerken!
