Marta Kułaga
Certified Trainer since 2016
I met the idea of NVC while going through very dark and hard time in my life, and it was as if someone turned on the light for me - to understand clearly what I want and why, to give me power to ask for it, to look for support and strategies with care for others. Since then I deepened and widened my understanding of what NVC is in its essence - interconnectedness, power sharing and joy of giving. And I love sharing these discoveries with others in Poland, where I live, and around the world - experiencing need-based connection in Indonesia, Vietnam or New Zealand.
As NVC trainer, facilitator, coach and mediator I support people in making their lives more wonderful though workshops, one to one sessions, community building. My special interest is developing the quality of leadership based on NVC paradigm.
Since 2000 I’ve been running the private kindergarten and nursery Krasnal in Krakow, actively working to introduce the quality of empathy to education, building communities and relationships based on respect and understanding between children, teachers and parents.
Since 2016, I’ve been co-creating Leance, a company which has the ambition to create a working environment based on the paradigm of cooperation, co-decision and co-responsibility. I believe that it is possible to change the working environment to one in which we experience joy and fulfillment. I actively participate in the Kraków and Poland-wide NVC community, having inspiration and joy from contacts with people with a similar system of values
In 2022, I stepped into a new role and became Assessor in Training and together with Aga Rzewuska Paca we created Community Certification Path in Cracow.
The thought manifests as the word;
The word manifests as the deed;
The deed develops into habit;
And habit hardens into character;
So watch the thought and its ways with care,
And let it spring from love
Born out of concern for all beings…
As the shadow follows the body,
As we think, so we become.

“My mission is to create and support organisations and communities that create belonging based on diversity, gifts, possibilities and see conflicts as a way to deeper connection and finding strategies that work for all.”
