I work with movers, shakers and changemakers to deepen authenticity, create meaningful relationships and advocate for social justice. I am so blessed to work with very cool people at the Authentic Communication Group where transformation is based on four pillars: Nonviolent Communication; Internal Family Systems; Social Justice; and Here and Now Process Work. Integrating these precious modalities is deeply meaningful and moving for me

We work with small groups to transform the domination culture. We explore power dynamics, feedback, relationships and aliveness. I like to support social justice activists so that more people meet more needs and we create the world we have been longing for. What's most important to me is connecting from the heart - helping folks create intentional relationships that are intimate, real, and impactful.

I've written three books: Courageous Visions; Facilitating with Heart; and Coaching for Transformation. You can find them all on Amazon.com and you can read the first chapter of Facilitating with Heart for free. I'm writing a book with Anisha Pandya about facilitating authentic communication.

As a founding partner of Leadership that Works, for 25 years I supported leaders to share power and transform organizations. In our Coaching for Transformation program we trained and certified thousands of coaches who do deep work and are committed to social change. We developed a powerful team of facilitators who drive positive change in the world.

My vision is to see people from every nook and cranny of the world skilled in facilitating heart connection. I support NVC practitioners to develop organizations, mediate conflict, transform relationships, and support social change initiatives.
