Pernille Plantener
I love my life. When I walk my dog in the morning and see dewdrops on the grass reflecting the whole world, and when the grandchildren laugh at me, I am happy. But it was not always so. I have left the prison of hopelessness and despair built by loneliness, a resulting eating disorder, and then an abusive marriage.
Many helpers provided the stepping stones toward my life today. Thanks to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainers, I have support on the path of personal healing, and today, I am a person who can feel, breathe, dance, and make healthy decisions. And I support others on the same path.
I received my Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) certification in 2011 and was certified as a coach in 2012 and as a Resonant Healing practitioner in 2020. I’ve been a self-employed coach and trainer since 2013. My main focus is supporting people one-on-one and teaching my program, Needs-Based Coaching, online and in person.
Originally, I was trained as an organic farmer and farm consultant. I love the living world and all its creatures, and I’m passionate about climate awareness and the cultivation of human responsibility.
Today, I’m living peacefully in a women’s community with my beloved wife, and we’ve created a permaculture demonstration site with facilities for outdoor and indoor workshops.
If you remain generous, time will come good,
and you will find your feet again
on fresh pastures of promise,
where the air will be kind,
and blushed with beginning.
- John O’Donohue
“What I want in my life is compassion, a flow between myself and others based on a mutual giving from the heart. – Marshall Rosenberg”
