The focus of my training is on the trainer education in Nonviolent Communication within the team of K-Training, following the concept of the late trainer Klaus Karstädt and his wife Friederike Kalau-Karstädt. Additionally, I conduct yearly Nonviolent Communication training in Regensburg. Apart from my own open seminars, my main areas of activity are companies and educational institutions.
For me, the most beautiful thing would be if people who have attended a training with me decide to pass on Nonviolent Communication to others, and then I become unnecessary in their field of work.
I am grateful that I am allowed to learn every day, to increasingly embody the principles of Nonviolent Communication.
Schwerpunkt meiner Trainings sind die Trainer*Innen Ausbildung in Gewaltfreier Kommunikation im Team von K-Training, nach dem Konzept des verstorbenen Trainers Klaus Karstädt und seiner Frau Friederike Kalau-Karstädt.
Desweiteren meine JahresAusbildung GFK in Regensburg.
Neben eigenen, offenen Seminaren sine meine Haupttätigkeitsfelder Firmen und Pädagogische Einrichtungen.
Für mich das Schönste wäre es, wenn Menschen, die bei mir ein Training besucht haben, sich entschließen, die GFK an andere Menschen weiter zu geben und ich dann in ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld überflüssig werde.
Ich bin dankbar, dass ich täglich lernen darf, immer mehr in die Haltung der GFK zu kommen.
