I have the pleasure of contributing to the success of organizations seeking to increase productivity and ensure major change and sustainable growth. Versatile and innovative, with strong business acumen, I have a practical, results-oriented approach. I have strong skills in strategy, governance, steering committee management, IT (IT) and commercial project management. 

I support business leaders in managing their innovation and sustainable change (OCM) strategies and playing their leading role in the deployment of projects and complete ERP/CRM integration in order to effectively accomplish a transformation agile, human-centered approach, integrating technology and the different business units.

Profile

I work as president of Technovel Inc. and senior consultant in leading organizations in the health, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, services, construction, public and parapublic organizations sectors.

With a degree in industrial engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and a master's degree in project management from UQAM, I continued my training and obtained certification in Lean Six Sigma and ITIL.

As an independent member of the CCQ, I chair the information technology committee and I am a member of the governance and human resources committee. I was also involved in the Maison des greffés Lina Cyr in Montreal and was a fundraiser for the Lina Cyr Foundation.
