Tess works with leaders who recognize that their communication skills are limiting them, and teaches them how to consistently access collaboration and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes with others.

Tess holds a Certificate in Permaculture Design, is a partner in Kalapa, a Certification Candidate with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, and lives in community in the PNW where she likes to hike and plant flowers.
