Marie-Laure Moens de Hase
Marie-Laure Moens de Hase has 15+ years of experience in the field of social change, in both large and small, private and public, nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She is passionate about bringing more harmony, peace and fluidity in groups and organisations wanting to create positive social change. Born and raised in Belgium and lived, studied and travelled in Europe, North, Central and South America, Asia and Africa.
She was introduced to Nonviolent Communication in 2010 and since 2015 she is regularly training and applying NVC, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, conflict mediation, Internal Family Systems and other modalities. As Programs Director, since January 2024, she's leading the public programming.
In this role she supports current programs and leads further expansion, including continuing education for Certified Trainers. Her hope is that CNVC also becomes a resource hub for mental health, education, social change, peacemaking and justice, legal and economic systems, in order to unite and support people applying NVC in these areas. She lives in Toulouse, Southwest of France, with her husband and two little boys.
