Stéphane, an engineer, project manager, and entrepreneur, is a seasoned leader with in-depth knowledge of diverse industries, bringing a wealth of experience to his role as Operations Director since February 2024. With a background ranging from startups to global corporations, Stéphane's journey has always been beyond the technical, focusing on the complex understanding of human nature.

His professional career has taken him all over the world, working with numerous countries and cultures on each continent.

He was introduced to and trained in Nonviolent Communication from 2017, and he has also been trained in restorative circles and Sociocracy. Following on from this, Stéphane's last years of volunteering efforts in nonprofit organizations include the creation of an alternative school and the co-design of eco-villages promoting alternative lifestyles.
