Role at CNVC

Builds and strengthens relationships with members and donors, acting as the primary liaison. Maintains accurate records, and leads marketing and outreach. Engages supporters through CNVC's Supporting Membership program, organizes events, and manages data to enhance CNVC community engagement and growth.

Background

Mark joined CNVC's staff in April 2023. His first encounter with NVC came in the spring of 2017 in his adopted Cornish hometown of Falmouth: "My heart cracked open and there was no way back." He has been a Certification Candidate since 2021, and works as a community builder for CNVC's Supporting Members and donors.

He earned a combined bachelor's and master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering many moons ago and has since worn a variety of hats; including as an operations manager in a ‘Tech Track 100’ organization, and through directing a UK micro company.

Mark thrives with creative and playful interactivity. He has worked, danced and rock climbed on five continents.
