Aseel joined CNVC as the Certification Coordinator in June 2021. Originally from Palestine and now living in Turkey, she discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2015 through her father's involvement in the Palestinian NVC community. Attending workshops with him as a teenager ignited her passion for NVC. Aseel was also influenced by her brother, who is a certified NVC trainer, who played a significant role in introducing NVC practices to their family.

Aseel holds a master's degree in international studies and previously worked as a researcher in history and politics. In 2014, she received the Arab Award for her poetry, published in various magazines, newspapers, and websites. 

Aseel is committed to bringing NVC to Middle Eastern communities, particularly focusing on NVC in trauma healing.
